Spices are amazing for our health and wellbeing, if you don’t include them in your cooking its about time you started! Aside the health benefits, spices give a burst of flavour to your food and your hot beverage too! My most favourite, the Masala Chai; Spiced Tea.
Masala Chai has around 6-8 different spices depending where you have it – here is the best I’ve ever tried on my travels, in Alappuzha in Kerala and of course not far from the land of Spices, Kochin and Munnar. I was in heaven 🙂
