As today is Blue Monday, its the perfect day to launch Moody Mondays, where we are going to look at which essential oils can help with on our mood, state of mind or mind set.
Each Monday we will look at a different mood or mind set to work with or simply enhance.
Blue Monday, would suggest feeling a little Winter Blues. Whether its because all the excitement of xmas and New Year has been and gone and we feel there is nothing to look forward to other than credit card bills or simply the grey weather at this time of year and the shorter day light hours, although we can’t really complain in Spain, sometimes we could do with something to lift the spirits.
Here are some oils and blends that are uplifting and can help beat those WINTER BLUES:

🌱Basil
🌱Eucalyptus citriodora
🌱Rosemary
🌱Orange
🌱Joy ( beautiful as a perfume )
Use 6-8 drops in your diffuser, you can use one or more essential oils. 4 drops of Bergamot and 4 drops of Rosemary is a nice match.
Remember that regular exercise and getting back to eating well will also help your mood!
